2023 White Sails by McClain Cellars

100% Riesling

A beautiful off-dry creation.  Starts with a full mouthfeel that brings more flavors of Honeysuckle, pineapple, vanilla, apricot, mango, and ripe pears on the nose and palate.

This wine starts with a full mouthfeel and brings forward flavors of pear, caramel, and vanilla. It offers a silky texture and smooth finish  Unlike most Riesling wines, this wine is NOT TOO SWEET.  It is refreshing and crisp.  Great for those warm afternoons in Southern California.

VARIETAL: 100% Riesling

AGING: Stainless Steel

VINEYARD: Santa Ynez Valle

PAIRING: This riesling pairs well with slightly spicy foods such as seafood curry or Thai-inspired foods. It goes great with a beachside summer BBQ.
